Community Space Osborne Park

Healthcare and NDIS Training, Education and Events

In 2023 Surgical House was pleased to open our large Community Space for events, education and training to support the NDIS, in-home care and aged-care sectors.

Our large open space has hosted everything from small private training sessions, to sector sundowners, classroom style training days and even a long-table lunch for our staff Christmas party!

The event space is around 200m2 of open space. At the front we have a high quality AV system with a large screen, powerful projector and speakers that run through the roof making it great for speaking, videos or music playback.

We have 50 banquet style chairs that are comfortable for a day of training and a number of trestle tables to cover catering and training needs. Being in Osborne Park we are also close to party-hire if you need additional items.

We have small, but well-appointed kitchen with a large display fridge, microwave, a convection oven ideal for keeping food warm, heating frozen foods or re-heating your catering.

The kitchen also offers a large urn, glasses, cups, plate ware, cutlery, catering items like trays and tongs and a dishwasher.

To the rear of the room we have two offices that can also be hired for casual use which might including consulting or meeting clients/ NDIS participants if you work from home. These rooms can also be used as breakout rooms during training events.

The space is wheelchair accessible and there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. We free onsite parking along with free local street parking.

The venue is conveniently located along King Edward Road in Osborne Park.
